Active Club Grants 2017-18

by Team BV

Could your bowls club do with up to $10,000 in funding?
Bowls Victoria’s funding partner VicHealth has grants of $3,000 and $10,000 available under its Active Club Grants program.
The grants focus on women’s sport, and making getting active fun and accessible for all via social and modified participation initiatives.
VicHealth will be funding programs in two areas:
1. female participation
2. social or modified sport programs
This is a brilliant opportunity to boost female participation in your club, or to get more people involved in fun, flexible or less structured bowls activities.
VicHealth is inviting Victoria’s bowls clubs to address these factors by either creating new sport opportunities or by implementing within your own club an existing program created by a State or National sporting organisation.
The latest round of funding opens on Tuesday, January 30, and applications close at 4pm on Friday, March 2.
