Clearance application policy and fee change

The Board of Bowls Victoria has recently increased the Clearance fee to $60.00.
This increase will apply from 1 August 2017.
Bowls Victoria will retain $20.00 as an administrative cost with the remaining $40.00 being credited to the Club who is granting the clearance.
This new policy is designed to assist Clubs when members move to another Club after the 2017 – 2018 Club Fee was invoiced.
A new Clearance Application Form is available here. 
It will be come into effect from 1 August 2017, and any Club submitting a Clearance Application will now be charged at the new amount.
Clubs are also reminded that on 7 July 2017, Bowls Victoria released an Information Update outlining the process to be followed if they wished to make an Application for Financial Relief following the release of the 2017 – 2018 Club Fee invoices.
Clubs who believe they meet the eligibility criteria for financial relief (i.e. a 15% or more decline in membership compared to the 2016 – 2017 year or other reasons like a catastrophic event) have until 30 September to apply.
