Seeking Playing Coach
Blackburn Bowls Club is seeking expressions of interest for the role of playing coach for season 2023/24.
What you will be responsible for:
- Development of players of all abilities
- Provide both group and individual coaching.
- Assist with player recruitment.
- Provide input into weekend pennant team selections.
- Plan and implement the Club’s training schedule.
Required attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform strongly and consistently as a Division 1 player.
- Strategic plan to enhance the Club in all divisions.
- Ensuring that all players perform to the best of their ability.
Remuneration and conditions to be negotiated.
