Bentleigh Assistant Club Coach Position
Bentleigh Bowling Club is seeking an Assistant Coach for season 2024/25. The role will report to the Bowls Director and work with the Club Coach to Implement the Coaching Plan for 2024/25.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Club Coach to organise and conduct training drills on Thursday nights from 3.30 / 4.00pm to 6.30pm.
- Identifying player coaching needs.
- Assisting the Club Coach to develop player capabilities.
- Promoting participation in training sessions.
The successful applicant will have good communication skills and would ideally have a Coaching Accreditation but this is not essential.
Club expectations and remuneration will be discussed at interview.
