The Queenscliff Bowling Club is seeking a part-time Coach for the 2022/23 season.

It has a long and proud history of providing first class bowling facilities for experienced, new and emerging bowlers with 3 grass greens and 21 rinks.

Queenscliff Bowling Club operates a series of club tournaments that cater for all levels and is highly active in Pennant, Regional and State Championship tournaments. Queenscliff Bowling Club also offers all members a range of organised social bowls and open day events through the year, including tournaments and between Pennant seasons.
About the role
The primary purpose of the Club Coach role is to assist players to develop their playing skills on the green. The Club Coach is responsible for training, analysing performance, providing instruction, mentoring and helping to develop novice and experienced bowlers at all levels.
Overall the Club Coach’s key responsibilities and accountabilities include planning, coaching, assisting with recruiting, management and directing of the Bowling program with a specific focus on the Midweek and Saturday Pennant Teams. The role reports to the President of the Bowls Section and the successful applicant will be required to play Pennant for the Queenscliff Bowling Club. A detailed Position Description is available on request.
