At Bowls Victoria, we understand you want your phone call to us to be dealt with as efficiently and quickly as possible.
That’s why we’re implementing a new phone carousel system when you call our office to help put you in contact with the right person to help you.
Listen to the message, press the number which best corresponds to your query, and you’ll be put directly through to the person who can help.
If your call cannot be answered straight away, then the staff member assigned to that area will respond to your needs as soon as they can.
Note the carousel won’t be in operation for the taking of Saturday and Midweek Metropolitan Pennant results. Results will be taken as per usual by our results team when you call through to our offices after your Saturday and Midweek matches.
