2024 Para State Squad Announced

Bowls Victoria is pleased to announce the State Para Side to compete the inaugural Series versus NSW at St Johns Park, NSW, in August. This is the first Para Series between the two states and a positive initiative for Para bowls.

The Series is an initiative between Victoria and NSW and represents the first time the State Para Sides have competed in a Series outside of The Nationals.
The six-a-side format will see three Tests competed in two legs: Triples, followed by Pairs and Singles simultaneously, with every player competing singles against a like-classified bowler.
All remaining Squad athletes remain in contention for the final Side of ten to compete at The Nationals.
Bowls Victoria hopes to see future Interstate Test Series between other States going forward.
The 2024 State representative season includes:
- State Side Series: 5th -7th August, St John’s Park, NSW (Six-A-Side format).
- The Nationals: 8th -13th October, Broadbeach, QLD.
