Berwick seeking Head Coach
The Berwick Bowling Club is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of Head Coach to lead, develop, manage and execute a Bowls Program for 2026/2027/2028 Seasons
The club has 8 Weekend sides Div 1 to 8, 5 Midweek (Tuesday): Div 1 to 5, and 3 Midweek (Thursday) Sides. The club had great success with 13 sides making finals.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing all BBC players, supporting pennant success, engaging with the community and fostering a strong, inclusive club culture.
ROLE
• Lead and develop the club’s coaching and performance program.
• Develop and deliver structured training
• Work with selectors and committees to build on-field success.
• Assist with player recruitment.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the sport of lawn bowls, techniques and strategies.
• Bowls Victoria Accredited Bowls Coach
• Current Working with Children Check.
Remuneration:
Remuneration and incentive package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
