Despite a career filled with personal accolades, Casey has always emphasised team success.
“I’ve always played the sport to have success, particularly in teams, that’s always been my priority…,” he said.
Today, Casey’s focus is firmly on developing the next generation of talent. As Head of Bowls Operations and a player at Deer Park Bowls Club, he has been instrumental in strengthening the Club’s standing as one of Victoria’s premier bowls institutions. His experience at the highest levels of competition, combined with his dedication to mentoring young players, will be invaluable as Bowls Victoria continues to invest in the future of the game.
Bowls Victoria congratulates Mark Casey OAM on his appointment and looks forward to the positive impact he will have in guiding and inspiring the next generation of Victorian bowlers.
