2024-25 Bowls Victoria Annual General Meeting

The 16th Annual General Meeting of Delegates to Bowls Victoria will be held on Thursday 23rd October, 2025.

The meeting will be held online, commencing at 11.00am, with login details provided upon registration.

Clubs are requested to RSVP for the AGM prior to Wednesday 22nd October, 2025, using the online form via the link below.

RSVP’s must include the names of Club/Region Delegate(s) who will be attending the AGM. NB: Region Delegates are not voting members and should represent their Club. In the event their Club already has a Delegate attending, Region Delegates are welcome to attend, but not vote.

Please ensure your club has provided an email address for the current Club Secretary. There is a link to the new return email form below, ONLY Club Secretaries are to complete and return the form. Regions have recently sent this form to all clubs, if you have recently completed this form there is no need to submit again. You may receive emails more than once (from both systems) as we make this transition.
