Seymour VRI seeking Coach
Situated in the Goulburn Valley playing region, is a community devoted bowling club.
Seymour VRI are currently seeking a playing or non-playing club coach for the 2025/26 season. This person will have experience in coaching at a club as either a Head Coach or an Assistant with strong playing experience.
They are seeking a positive person who will foster a positive, high performance club approach and will inspire the club and its players to reach the pennant finals and perform to their best ability. The successful candidate will report to the Club Captain and the Club Board of Management.
The club has 52 Pennant members and will field a strong presence in Division 1 and 5 Weekend Pennant and Division 2 Midweek Pennant in the 2025/26 season.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
These will include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop a player development and coaching plan for the forthcoming season
- Create and lead coaching sessions and oversea player development across all levels of the club
- Provide and deliver specific skill development workshops and strategy sessions for all pennant players
- Deliver monthly updates to the Club Captain & Club President
- Recruit new Pennant Players
- Participate in selection meetings and support team composition
- Coordinate and be present at Thursday afternoon coaching and practise sessions. (5pm – 6.30pm availability) Provide advice and run match preparation training
- Play in our top Pennant team (Not Mandatory).

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Term: From July 1st 2025 – April 30th 2026 (10 Months)
HOURS & REMUNERATION:
Negotiable, based on experience and availability
