Karingal seeking Playing Coach
The Karingal Bowling Club is seeking expressions of interest for an experienced playing coach for the 2025/26 season.
Karingal has one under- roof synthetic and one outside synthetic green that regularly hosts BV an BA qualifying tournaments and has a large number of Midweek and Saturday Pennant teams.
The successful coach will be responsible for developing the skills of all levels of players and improving the performance, win rates and game strategies of the club’s pennant teams.
The role will require:
- Working with Children check and Club Coaching accreditation
- Driver’s license
- Current Police check
- Examples of previous coaching
- 3 references in relation to bowling experience and coaching
- Current bowling CV with previous and/or current work history
Proven expertise, experience and success in:
- Optimising player and team performance at all levels
- Developing and enhancing the skills and practice of the coaching committee
- Playing in Division 2 or above.
High communication and effective interpersonal skills for:
- Leadership
- Team and club building
- Optimal coaching.
Renumeration will be discussed at interview.
