Lilydale seeking Club Coach
The Lilydale Bowling Club is currently seeking expressions of interest for a club coach for the 2025/26 season. They are seeking a highly motivated playing coach with experience in high-level pennant (division 1 or higher) to improve and lead our club moving forward.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting and participating in weekly training sessions for all pennant players throughout the pennant season
- Working in conjunction with the assistant coaches to provide coaching sessions for all members, with a focus on individual and team growth
- Conducting workshops to educate members on a range of bowls skills
- Working alongside the selection panel to select pennant teams using effective teamwork and communication skills
- Fostering and building upon our existing club culture by creating an inclusive environment for all members
- Identifying and attracting new players to the club, ensuring sustained culture, growth and competitiveness
- Representing the club professionally in all matches and events
- Attending and supporting members in key club, regional and representative events.
A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
