Hurstbridge seeking Club Coach
Hurstbridge Bowling Club is looking for a club coach to guide them to new heights
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide coaching instruction, strategic direction, and executive leadership to ensure optimum sporting performance.
- Organize and direct Pennant Practice sessions twice a week.
- Offer ‘one on one’ instruction to committed members.
- Develop long-term training and development strategies.
- Monitor and enhance overall club performance in Pennant Competitions.
- Report regularly to the Committee of Management on coaching matters.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in lawn bowls coaching.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- A passion for fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
