Seeking Club Coach
The Frankston Bowling Club is seeking applications for a Club Coach for season 2024/25.
About Frankston Bowls Club
The club participates in Saturday & Midweek Pennant as part of the Metro & Peninsula Competitions.
As a successful Mornington Peninsula Region Club, Frankston Bowling Club is looking to enter a team in Metro Pennant while maintaining 4 teams in Mornington Peninsula Pennant. The club currently has four grass greens with plans to change on to synthetic & roof the show green.
The Club is looking for a Coach/Player to help with the transition to Metro & strengthen all division by organising training sessions for bowlers of all abilities, with a focus on team development and roles within teams.
Applicants applying should:
- Be enthusiatic and conscientious
- Display good leadership skills – the ability to motivate & encourage
- Communicate clearly – on & off the green
- Exhibit sound planning skills – for games & training sessions.
- Understand and fit into the positive, inclusive culture of Frankston Bowling Club
Remuneration to be negotiated
