Seeking Club Coach
The Yarraville Footscray Bowls Cub is seeking to secure a Head coach for the 24/25 Bowls season and beyond.
Yarraville Footscray have a long and proud history in the Melbourne Metropolitan Bowls fraternity. With 7 teams on Saturday, Premier Pennant, Midweek Pennant Division 1, and Thursday night pennant teams.
The Head Coach will be responsible for the growth and development of all playing groups, working closely with the Bowls Manager.
As well as:
- Be available for personal and group coaching.
- Plan and implement all club and practice schedules and programs.
- Available for all Pennant games that are Scheduled.
- Play a vital role in selection of all Pennant Teams
- Oversee the implementation of barefoot bowls.
- Have the ability to maintain and develop the current playing group.
Requirements of the Applicant:
- Premier or Senior Division preferred.
- Ability to work within a team
- Integral part of recruitment and ability to attract players
- Excellent communication skills
- B.A Coaching accreditation
- Working with children check
- Able to introduce his or her own footprint on our club
