Entries now open for Australian Indoor Qualifying Events

by Melanie Allen

Bowls Victoria on behalf of Bowls Australia is excited to be holding qualifying events, in conjunction with a number of clubs throughout Victoria, for the 2021 Australian Indoor Championships.

ENTRIES OPEN 26TH MAY & CLOSE ON 27TH JUNE, 2021.

Cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, now is your chance to get noticed and follow in the footsteps of Victoria’s own Robert Briglia, who was crowned the 2019 Australian Indoor Champion.

This year we’ve added a number of new locations to make entering the qualifying rounds for this National event even easier to access. Both Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria are represented with more than ever before taking part in the qualifying event schedule.

For an event to go ahead, there is a minimum entry requirement of 24 entries per location. Should a venue not receive the minimum number of entries required, those entrants will be offered an alternate venue.

There will be 8 x qualifiers for finals in the Men’s event, and 4 x qualifiers in the Women’s event, which means 1 qualifier per venue (providing minimum entries are met at each venue). Bowls Victoria reserves the right to amend entry conditions should minimum requirements not be met.
