APL03 – Roys run riot on day 1
The star-studded Melbourne Roys are four from four after a busy day one of the 2015 Australian Premier League in Queensland.
Dylan Fisher, Matthew Flapper and Aaron Wilson were in stellar form to guide the Roys to wins in their opening four matches in APL03, which runs until Friday at Club Pine Rivers in Brisbane’s north.
Victoria’s other representatives, the Murray Steamers, won two of their four matches to open the tournament.
They beat the Gold Coast Hawks, and then the Adelaide Endurance in the night session.
