Coverage of the 2015 Victorian Open

by Team BV

How can I find out what’s happening at the 2015 Victorian Open? We’re glad you asked. Here’s your guide.

LOCAL MEDIA
Watch: WIN TV Shepparton
WIN TV covers the event in detail on its local news. It’s on weeknights during the tournament from 7pm. They’re a terrific supporter of our event. So watch WIN TV News for wraps on the event on weeknights. And keep an eye out for the Vic Open TV ad running on WIN if you’re in town!
Read: Shepparton News
The Shepparton News provides excellent coverage of both the Victorian Open, and of the Goulburn Valley pennant competition. The newspaper is a strong supporter of local bowls. We urge our members and those involved in the event to support them, and buy the newspaper daily. Or subscribe to the Smart Edition.
Listen: ONE FM Bowls show
Brian Nisbet and Dave Hardie have a great local bowls program covering all news in the Goulburn Valley, including the Victorian Open, on a Saturday morning from 8am on 98.5FM. Listen in for a preview and wrap-up of the event.

If you’re posting to social media, the 2015 Victorian Open hashtag is #2015VicOpen – yes, we thought it was sheer genius too 😉
Use the #2015VicOpen hashtag for anything to do with the event. Or if you’re at Shepparton Park BC, and you want to take a selfie with one of our Shepparton Cows – hashtag it #sheppcowselfie
