The Bowls Victoria’s  COACHFORCE Program is a club support initiative available to all Bowls Clubs in Victoria.

COACHFORCE aims to administer traditional coach and umpire accreditations, generate greater engagement in personal and professional development, increase retention of existing bowlers and provide mentoring opportunities.

COACHFORCE has been developed in response to a lack of coaching resources in regional Victoria which is attributed to an ageing population and the exodus of many talented bowlers to metropolitan competitions in search of personal development.

The service is designed to make quality coaching, officiating and player development opportunities accessible to all Bowls Clubs, Regions and Divisions across the state. Please click here to read more about COACHFORCE.
