UPDATED: Coach/Bowls Director wanted – Blackburn
The Blackburn Bowls Club is seeking the services of a Coach/Bowls Director for season 2017/18.
Prospective applicants must have previously played at Division 1 or Premier League level and be capable of continuing to play the game at that high standard. Previous coaching experience is not a per-requisite, however the position would suit someone looking to develop their coaching skills and expertise
The successful applicant will be someone with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to:
· design and deliver a structured coaching program to suit bowlers of all abilities
· participate in team selection and facilitate the progress and development of individual players
· take a lead role in developing strategies that will improve the club’s performance in all forms of Metropolitan Pennant competition.
The hours of employment and level of remuneration are negotiable.
