BV Seeking Members For a RAP Working Group
Bowls Victoria is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for individuals to join a Working Group to support the development of Bowls Victoria’s first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The Working Group will require representation from a range of individuals with appropriate interest, expertise, and experience from throughout Victoria.
The Working Group will be composed of between six and nine members, and include:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representatives
- BV Board Director, General Manager Bowls Operations, and General Manager Commercial Operations
- RAP Champions (community members to raise the profile of reconciliation externally & support implementation)
After an initial period of establishment where meetings may be more frequent, the Working Group is expected to meet online approximately four times per year. All participants will participate in cultural awareness training.
