After the success of the inaugural VBL, we’re excited to announce VBL2!
When
4 x weekends July – Sep 2023
1 Qualifier, 2 x Sectionals & 1 Finals weekend.
What’s New
- Increased Franchises – from 8 to 16 (includes a qualifier team)
- Increased prize pool – now $80,000+ (previously $42,000)
- Increased duration – played across 4 weekends during July-September 2023
- Multiple host clubs across Victoria
- Reduction on fly-in players – 1 marquee player per franchise
- Tiebreak change to penalty shootout style
The 8 original Teams will be back, and we’re now taking expressions of interest for the remaining 7. Plus, one team will win their way into VBL2 via the new Qualifier Event.
