Seeking Club Coach
Mulgrave Country Club (Bowls) is seeking expressions of interest in the position of Playing Club Coach for the coming 2023/24 season (with a possible twelve month extension).
Coaching experience is essential.
Submitters would ideally possess:
- Good communication skills
- High end bowls ability
- Ability to coach at all levels
- Structured approach to skills development
- Method of management of club coaches
- Recruitment strategy
Remuneration and conditions negotiable.
Mulgrave has around 165 bowlers and currently fields six Saturday Pennant sides (Division 1 through to division 8), seven Midweek Pennant sides (Division 1 through to division 4) and three Thursday ‘7 a side’ Pennant sides.
Submitters should include bowls references and playing/coaching history.
Closing date for expressions of interest is 12 May 2023.
