Bowls Victoria Corporate Partner Choice Energy, recently conducted a group electricity tender alongside 11 other association industry partners that resulted in significant savings and outcomes for member businesses.
Highlights from the group tender:
- $215,520 in annual energy savings secured
- 135 businesses involved
- Small businesses secured cheaper rates through the group buy than if acquiring their rates individually
- The fixed contracts were procured at a time when there was a dip in the wholesale market which directly impacts energy pricing, and the trend looks to be going up again.
