BV is seeking State Side Selectors
Bowls Victoria would like to thank the volunteers who have given their time as State Side Selectors during the 2022 competition season, including:
- Under-18s – working with Matt Flapper (State Coach), Steph Priest, Josh Thornton, Wayne Moebus
- Multi-Disability – working with Ian Ewing (State Coach), Carol Protopapas, Trevor Nelson
- Senior (O60s) – working with Ian Ewing (State Coach), Mark Cowan (Women’s Side Coach), Jody Nevill, Anthony Flapper (Chair)
- Open – working with Ian Ewing (State Coach), Mark Cowan (Women’s Side Coach), Jody Nevill, Anthony Flapper (Chair), Nick McIntyre, Matt Robertson
In addition, Bowls Victoria would also like to thank the following volunteers who provided support to State Sides previously and throughout this year: Patty Whorlow, Cheryl Flapper, Tim Cromie, Laureen Smith, Jan Morton, Anne Miles, and Tony Schiavello.
Bowls Victoria is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for individuals to serve on the State Selection Committee. The Committee will require representation from a broad range of individuals with appropriate interest, expertise, and qualifications from throughout Victoria.
Specific sub-Committees will be formed relevant to expertise to select each of the following Sides, working alongside the relevant Coach:
- Under-18s
- Multi-Disability
- Senior (O60s)
- Open
