Indoor Exercises for Bowlers
In the past weeks Bowls Victoria in conjunction with Armstrong Creek Osteopathy and Peninsula Osteopathy & Allied Health have run a series of helpful videos on our social channels with the aim of getting Victorian bowlers back in shape and back on the green after self isolation.
With the recent easing of restrictions on bowling activities, we encourage all members to limber up, get down to your club, have a roll, and stay safe.
