Farewell U18 Coach Matt Flapper
It is with great sadness that Bowls Victoria today accepts the resignation of Matt Flapper, Coach of the Victorian Under-18 Program.
Matt has been an integral part of the Under-18 Program for three years, he has driven a program that has instilled a winning culture on the green for our up and coming stars; this was evident when he led our junior bowlers to success in both our annual tests against South Australia and Tasmania, and at the pinnacle of Under-18 Bowls – The Bowls Australia National Championships in Capalaba in 2018.
Matt will be sorely missed by all involved in the Under-18 Program and by Bowls Victoria. We wish Matt the best of luck with his coaching endeavours at Ocean Grove and look forward to his continual involvement as a player in the Victorian Open State Bowls Program.
