“Prince” Harry Mucks Up
To encourage people of all ages to participate in the sport of bowls, Central Wendouree Bowling Club held a “Muck Up Bowls” Night last Friday. It was designed for non-bowlers as well as experienced bowlers to “have fun” and socialize with fellow participants.
With over 60 people attending, both grass greens were filled. It was particularly pleasing to see bowlers of all ages enjoying the game. Generations of families were on the green, the youngest being our “Duke” of Central Wendouree little Harry Liston aged 3, with his mum and dad and both sets of grandparents encouraging the future bowler. Harry, eager to show off the family talent for our sport. To add to the evening, a BBQ was enjoyed by all in attendance.
It was great to hear “When will the next Muck Up Night be held?”.
