Australian Indoors Championships Underway
The Australian Indoors Championships got underway today with 12 Victorians making their way north to contest the National event.
Brooke Edwards (Altona), Gayle Edwards (Altona), Carla Krizanic (Sunbury) and Trish Cullinane (Heathmont) are representing Victoria in the women’s section.
In the men’s Rob Briglia (Middle Park), Barrie Lester (Melbourne), Max Goldsmith (Melbourne), Kevin Murphy (Pakenham), Dane McKinnon (Altona), Jay Bye-Norris (Essendon), Leigh Doensen (Altona) and David Wells (City Memorial Warrnambool) all took to the green on day one.

The Australian Indoor Championships will be contested at Tweed Heads Bowls Club from August 26-29.
