Hospital Visits Bring Bowls to Kids
This month, Disability Sport and Recreation invited Bowls Victoria to run a bowls sessions at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital.
Bowls Victoria’s Participation Team were on-site to teach kids different versions of the game using Junior Jack Attack.
The selected activities were easily adaptable for kids with different disabilities, allowing all the opportunity to participate and enjoy the fun.
Participants who were interested in progressing their bowling experience were connected to their local bowls club via Bowls Victoria.
