Playing Coach
The Karingal Bowling Club – in its 50th year – is seeking an expression of interest for the 2019/20 season from an experienced and/or accredited Playing Coach, who has played at least Division 1 standard and has the motivation to play, coach and maximise member skills.
Located near Frankston on the Mornington Peninsula, KBC has approximately 200 members and fields six (6) Saturday and six (6) Midweek pennant sides in the local competition.
The club coach will assist in recruiting, setting goals and will work closely with the general and selection committees.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing a coaching strategy according to Club expectations
- Conducting coaching on allocated Training Days
- Providing both group and individual coaching
- Playing in and being captain of the club’s top side
A generous remuneration package will be offered to the right person.
