Day 1 Wrap: Victorian U18 Championship
Cold and windy conditions greeted players on day one of the Victorian U18 Championships, with several participants experiencing the state championship for the first time.
There were some great contests out on the green, including some sibling rivalry between the Tyson and Koby Cromie in the Open Triples event, with Koby delivering some great bowls and enthusiasm to get his team into the final.
In the end, Cooper Wescombe, Tyson Cromie and Jarryd Davies secured the Open Triples title.
