Playing Coach
The Bentleigh Bowling Club is seeking an expression of interest for the 2019/20 season from an experienced and/or accredited Playing Coach who has played at least Division 1 standard and who has the motivation to play, coach, and maximise member skills and enjoyment.
The Club has approximately 150 members, and fields 5 Saturday Pennant Sides from Division 2 through to Division 6, 3 Sides in Midweek Pennant, and we also compete in the Electric Light competition under our first-class tower lighting.
The Coach will assist in recruiting, setting goals, and work with the general and selection committees. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing a coaching strategy according to Club expectations
- Conduct coaching on allocated Training days
- Provide both group and individual coaching
- Play and be the role model in the No.1 side
Remuneration to be discussed during negotiations.
