John, a Life Member of Mount Eliza Bowls Club, passed away this morning.
John spent considerable time on Bowls Victoria’s Under 18’s committee and was instrumental in the growth and development of junior players and state team officials during his tenure.
As a club champion in both singles and pairs at Mt Eliza, John was an integral part of the club.
John is the grandfather of Victorian and national representative Dylan Fisher and Jett Simmons.
