Express your interest to host a 2019 Primary School Event
In 2019, Bowls Victoria and School Sport Victoria will be running Primary and Secondary School events at Division, Region and State level. Primary Bowls Division Events are open to any Bowls Victoria club who is interested in hosting an event, and we’re encouraging clubs to get on board. Junior Bowlers are the future of our sport, together with their achievements on the green, our juniors will become future coaches, administrators, umpires and promoters of our game.

Bowls Victoria operates these competitions in conjunction with a range of other school sports associations. In 2018 there were 32 SSV events, five other School Sport Association competitions (with five more to go), as well as the Victorian and Australian Schools Super Series’. Many clubs also hosted their own school competition and programs.
There are plenty of opportunities for your club to get involved with these school participation programs in 2019.

Once your club’s expression of interest has been received, Bowls Victoria will be in touch to discuss what is required from the club (which is very little!) and answer any questions your club may have about hosting these events.
