3AW’s Tom Elliott visits Richmond Union
As part of the celebrations for its 150th anniversary, Richmond Union Bowling Club played host to Melbourne radio station 3AW for a recent live broadcast.
Tom Elliott’s afternoon show for 3AW was done live from Richmond Union. The day included several sessions of barefoot bowls, in which the AW team were invited to try the sport. It was a great opportunity for bowls to be showcased to a wider audience, and the club is congratulated for its efforts to promote the sport in a positive manner.
