State Arm Side Selection Trials 2018
The highly successful State Bowling Arm Side will undergo its annual renewal process on Sunday, March 11 and Monday, March 12, 2018, when the State Selection Trial is held at Shepparton Park BC.
Victoria has won the last five National Titles beating every other State along the way.
All members of the current Side plus others identified by the Selectors from events – especially the upcoming State Arm Titles from January 2 to 5 at City of Frankston BC – will get an invitation to trial.
State Arm Co-ordinator Phil Gude said: “Positions have been keenly contested right from the start and we have turned over 30 players for the 15 plus two reserves positions in the past several years,
“This is just a part of the reason the side has been very competitive and so successful. We now aim for the sixth title in 2018.”
The 2018 National Arm Bowling Championships will be held at East Maitland BC in NSW from September 10 to 13.
