Two big events for Yarraville-Footscray
Yarraville-Footscray Bowling Club has two important mixed events coming up – including the popular Grand Final Eve Open Pairs.
The Grand Final Eve Open Pairs is a 2x4x2 on Friday, September 29, which is a Victorian public holiday ahead of the AFL grand final.
Play is three games of 10 ends, with winners decided on a points system.
Entry fee is $30 per pair, with afternoon tea provided.
YFBC’s Mixed Classic Two Bowl Triples, with $1,300 in prizes, will be held on Sunday, October 8.
Entry is $60 per team, which includes a two-course hot luncheon. Play is four games of 12 ends with a 10am start.
