Vic v SA 2017 – Day 3
In the perfect tune-up for the National Sides Championships in April, Victoria have secured both the men’s and women’s 2017 Test series against South Australia held at Ocean Grove Bowling Club.
Victoria’s women were totally dominant in a 5-0 series clean sweep.
For the men, it was a much closer affair but the current national champion Victorians dominated when it counted to post a 3-2 series win, losing the third and fifth Tests.
The Vics can now go into the National Sides Championships at Lockleys Bowling Club, South Australia, from April 6-9 with confidence in both men’s and women’s disciplines.
Victoria’s women have now defeated NSW and SA in consecutive Test series.
