Mooroopna Golf BC turns 50
Mooroopna Golf Bowls Club recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
More than 100 attended the day including many past players and district champions from the club, past and current members.
There was a great display of memorabilia including hand-written minutes from the first general meeting.
Club president Lloyd Amor was presented with a plaque by Central Goulburn Murray Bowls Region President and Bowls Victoria Region Representative Maurie Rowlands.
The day was a great success with an afternoon tea of sponges and slices enjoyed by all.
