Don’t miss out on 2017 Bowlers Arm State Titles
Entries close on December 9 for the inaugural Victorian Arm Bowling Championships to be held early in 2017.
The state titles for bowlers arm exponents will be held in men’s and women’s singles and pairs. The event will be held at MCC Swinburne Avenue from January 3 to 6, 2017.
Bowls Victoria’s Arm Bowling Co-Ordinator Phil Gude has appealed to Victoria’s near 7,000 registered arm bowlers to enter the historic inaugural state titles.
The state titles will take on double importance as the launch pad for possible State selection for Victoria’s four-time national champion arm bowling team, with state trials to be held in March.
Mr Gude said: “We expect that with almost 7,000 arm players in Victoria this will develop into a major event on the bowls calendar. Entry forms are now available only on the Bowls Victoria website and we urge players to not miss out.”
