Chloe claims State singles title
Chloe Stewart has farewelled Victorian bowls by winning a Victorian title – the women’s State singles.
The Kyneton BC 20-year-old beat Kellie Bowles from West Coast to secure Central Victoria a second title at 2016 State Champions Week.
Results of the round of 16 and quarter-finals of mixed pairs also feature in our Day Six wrap from Bendigo East Bowling Club.

Metro West best in triples
Yarraville-Footscray’s Nathan Murray, Jamie Pearce and Chris Ball shone in the men’s triples tournament at 2016 State Champions Week.
The Metro West trio became State men’s triples champions with a procession of strong performances, culminating in a win over Central Victoria.
