by Team BV

Victoria’s Aaron Wilson will go to the 2016 Australian Sides Championships in the ACT with a very streamlined look.

The Aussie Jackaroos bowler and Australian Open singles champion will be shaving his hair as part of the World’s Greatest Shave fund-raising bowls day at Leopold Sportsmans Club on Sunday, March 13.

Leopold’s Ebony Gordon, Jane McMenaman, Barry Smallman, Ben Russell and Terry Halliday have also volunteered to be part of the World’s Greatest Shave, which helps raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.

The day will feature a Jack Attack fun day, BBQ lunch, raffle and “The Shave”.

Cost is $10 per person which will include a game and BBQ lunch.

There will also be the opportunity to bid for the right to shave the bowlers taking part in the World’s Greatest Shave, including Aaron Wilson.

You’ll find further information about the Leopold Sportsmans Club World’s Greatest Shave bowls day here.

Wilson will be an integral part of the Victorian team competing in the Australian Sides Championships at Queanbeyan, ACT, from March 30 to April 3.
