2016 Betty Collins OAM Challenge Cup
One of the most respected figures in world lawn bowls is being honoured at North Balwyn Bowls Club in April.
The 2016 Betty Collins OAM Challenge Cup will be held on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3.
The tournament is open to women bowlers representing their Regions and Divisions all around Victoria, competing for a $4,000 prize pool.
It is the 11th running of the Betty Collins OAM Challenge Cup, named after a life member of Bowls Victoria, Bowls Australia and World Bowls, and the former World Bowls President from 2003 to 2009.
Prizemoney for the winning team is $2,250. Entry fee is $200 per team ($40 per player), and features sets play in fours, singles, pairs and triples.
