Women encouraged to Come and Try bowls
Yarraville-Footscray Bowling Club is running a Come and Try program for women in conjunction with Maribyrnong City Council.
The two Come and Try days will be held on Sunday, February 7 (10.30am-3pm) and Wednesday, February 24 (6pm-8pm).
All participants need are flat-soled shoes and a taste for fun. A free barbecue meal will be provided for both days, as well as coaching.

The club is also holding a Mixed Pairs Medley event on Sunday, February 28.
Entry fee is $40 per pair and $20 a single entry. Lunch is provided, as well as cash prizes.
Games start at 9.30am.
