The Elsternwick Club is seeking a Head Coach
The principal role of the new Coach is to improve the playing performance of our bowlers; the task involves both leadership and technical skilling.
The Elsternwick Club will have four Saturday sides in Division 2, 3, 4 and 7 and three Tuesday sides in Divisions 1, 1 and 3. The Club recently had five years in Division 1 and is planning to return there. Most other sides are also seeking promotion.
The successful applicant will:
Be a natural leader
Be an experienced club coach or a player with equivalent experience
Have demonstrated experience in skill development from beginner to advanced individuals and groups
Be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays late afternoons (usually 2 hours per session) and Saturdays for practice and pennant. A minor amount of extra time will be expected; hours are negotiable
Be able to work with other coaches
